SHIPPING & FREIGHT DAMAGE POLICY
Delivery Inspection Requirement

All shipments must be inspected immediately upon delivery. Customers are responsible for checking freight deliveries for visible or concealed damage before accepting the shipment.

If damage is visible:

  • Refuse delivery and note the damage with the carrier.

Any delivery issues must be reported to Outdoor Living Haven within 24–48 hours of receipt.

Freight Damage Reporting

If freight damage is discovered, customers must submit:

  • Clear photos of the damage

  • Order details, including invoice or purchase order number

Once the report is received, our team will review the claim and determine the appropriate resolution. Because all products are made to order, replacement production will begin once the required documentation is approved.

Outdoor Living Haven is committed to working diligently to resolve freight-related issues as efficiently as possible.

Incorrect Delivery

If a product is delivered incorrectly, the recipient must notify Outdoor Living Haven within 24–48 hours of delivery.

After notification, our team will investigate the issue and determine the appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or correction. Additional documentation may be required depending on the nature of the error.


Incorrect Items Received

Customers must verify that the items received match the packing slip and order details.

If incorrect items are delivered (wrong size, color, or model), customers must report the issue within 24–48 hours and provide:

  • Purchase Order number and/or Invoice number

  • A brief description of the incorrect items received

Whenever possible, shipments containing incorrect items should be refused at delivery. Outdoor Living Haven will promptly investigate and arrange for the correct items to be delivered.

Outdoor Living Haven is committed to providing high-quality products and professional service. While issues may occasionally occur, our team will make every reasonable effort to resolve qualifying concerns in a fair and timely manner, in accordance with these policies.
